Phil joined @twenty3design and became a partner back in 2011. He comes with several years experience in marketing and a deep love of F1 (the motorsport, not the function key).

Phil likes to believe he knows what’s going on and has everything under control. He doesn't and hasn't.

Kath Faulkner (@t3dkath)

Lead Developer

Kath is one of the founding partners of @twenty3design as well as being Goddess of all that is coding: we all defer to her on technical matters.

When not buried in her MacBook Kath can often be found watching OUFC, playing for their ladies team or shouting obscenities at the TV.

Liam Faulkner (@t3dliam)

Lead Designer

Liam is the other founding partner at @twenty3design and is the creative person in the office. Although this means he does occasionally wear silly hats it also means he is damn good at making things look pretty.

When not using Photoshop he is sketching, playing guitar or trying to control their dog, Dexter (that’s not a euphemism).
